My classes are based on the philosopy and methods of Sivananda Hatha Yoga
by Swami Sivananda Saraswati
in which I focus on the three most important points of Sivanandas teaching:
· Proper breathing (Pranayama)
· Proper exercise (Asanas)
· Proper relaxation (Savasana)
In my class I provide an intense and beneficial physical exercise.
Also we will practice variations of breathing techniques to increase your lung capacity.
The goal of each class is to take a time out from the competitive world through several relaxations.
I am teaching in English on an intermediate to an advanced level.

I completed various teacher trainings in the traditional Ashrams of Sivananda in India (750 hours of Teacher Trainings, TTC & ATTC).
